Fried smoked trout fillets

    trout fillets, skin removed
  • 30
    ml
    butter for frying
 

Method

 
1. Place fillets into bubbling butter and heat through, turning once only. Serve immediately with poached eggs and cheese and dill sauce (see recipes).
