Fried rice

    soy sauce
  • 15
    ml
    tomato sauce
  • 10
    ml
    chilli sauce
  • 3
    ml
    fish paste
  • 60
    ml
    vegetable oil
  • 2
    onions, finely chopped
  • 2
    garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 3
    large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 200
    g
    long-grain rice, cooked
 

Method

30 minutes
 
1. Mix soy sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce and fish paste together. Heat 60 ml oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium heat and fry onion and garlic for one minute. 2. Add eggs and scramble lightly. Add rice and stir-fry for one minute. Add sauce mixture and stir-fry for a further two minutes. Serve immediately.
