5.00 potatoes — large, peeled and cooked
1.00 onion — sliced
10.00 ml fresh chillies — 573

Method:

Slice the potatoes and set aside.
Fry the onion in olive oil until tender, add the potato slices and fry with the onion until golden brown.
Serve hot.
