    large potatoes, peeled and cooked
  • 1
    onion, sliced
  • 10
    ml
    olive oil
 

Method

 
Slice the potatoes and set aside. Fry the onion in olive oil until tender, add the potato slices and fry with the onion until golden brown. Serve hot.
