Fried olives

  • 1
    egg
  • 125
    g
    green olives
  • flour to dust
 

Method

5 minutes
 
Lightly beat the egg in a bowl and dip the olives in the egg.
Lightly dust the olives with flour and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
