Ingredients (6)

500.00 ml oil
250.00 ml flour
125.00 ml milk
2.00 eggs — lightly beaten
5.00 ml salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
500.00 g fish — fillets

Method:

1. Heat oil in a deep frying pan.

2. Mix together flour, milk, eggs and seasoning in a
bowl to form a batter.

3. Dip fish in the batter and fry in hot oil until
light brown.

4. Place fish on absorbent paper to drain. Serve with
chilli oven-baked potato chips.
