    ml
    oil
  • 250
    ml
    flour
  • 125
    ml
    milk
  • 2
    eggs, lightly beaten
  • 5
    ml
    Salt and pepper to taste
  • 500
    g
    fish fillets
 

Method

1. Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
2. Mix together flour, milk, eggs and seasoning in a bowl to form a batter.
3. Dip fish in the batter and fry in hot oil until light brown.
4. Place fish on absorbent paper to drain. Serve with chilli oven-baked potato chips.
