Fried banana

    firm bananas
  • oil for frying


Peel bananas and cut in half if large. Heat a little oil in a frying pan, and fry the bananas over medium heat until brown. Turn carefully to ensure an even brown colour on all sides. Place in a serving bowl and sprinkle with salt. Serves 6.
