    (1 packet) Marie biscuits
  • 120
    g
    butter, melted
  • 750
    g
    (3 containers) smooth cottage cheese
  • 250
    ml
    sugar
  • 2
    tins (397 g each) condensed milk
  • 20
    ml
    gelatin
  • 150
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 750
    ml
    cream, chilled
 

Method

 
Crush the Marie biscuits and mix with the melted butter.
Press the biscuit mixture into the bottom of a 30 x 35 cm oven pan.
Beat together the cottage cheese, sugar and condensed milk until smooth.
In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the lemon juice and leave to sponge.
Place the bowl with the sponged gelatin in a larger bowl of boiling water and leave until the gelatin has dissolved.
Stir into the condensed milk mixture.
Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the condensed milk mixture.
Pour the mixture over the biscuit crust and chill until set.
Serve with granadilla pulp.
