    spaghetti, uncooked

    onion, sliced
  • 2
    cloves garlic, crushed
  • oil

    tomato and onion mix
  • 5
    Italian herbs
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

    mushroom soup powder, blended with 180 ml water

    Cheddar cheese, grated

Cook the spaghetti in rapidly boiling water till soft. Drain well. Meanwhile prepare the sauce: Sauté the onion and garlic in oil till soft. Add the tomato and onion mix and seasonings. Mix the mushroom soup powder with the water and add. Simmer till the sauce thickens. Remove from the heat and add the cheese. Stir till the cheese has melted and pour over the spaghetti. Mix and serve immediately. Serves 3-4.
