250.00 ml raspberries — frozen
125.00 ml yoghurt — low fat
15.00 ml honey — or borwn sugar
FRUIT SALAD
0.00 fruit — fresh, selection
0.00 fresh mint — to garnish

Method:

SAUCE
Purée the raspberries, yoghurt and honey until smooth.
FRUIT SALAD
Cut the fruit into pieces and divide among individual plates.
Place a bowl of sauce on each plate and garnish with mint.
