Fresh fruit salad with raspberry and yoghurt sauce

  • RASPBERRY AND YOGHURT SAUCE
  • 250
    ml
    frozen unsweetened raspberries
  • 125
    ml
    low-fat yoghurt
  • 15
    ml
    honey or brown sugar
  • FRUIT SALAD
  • selection of fresh fruit
  • mint for garnishing
 

Method

 
SAUCE
Purée the raspberries, yoghurt and honey until smooth.
FRUIT SALAD
Cut the fruit into pieces and divide among individual plates.
Place a bowl of sauce on each plate and garnish with mint.
