Fresh fruit platter with honey and yoghurt dressing

    large watermelon, cut into small slices

    fresh figs, quartered
  • 450
    g
    seedless red grapes, rinsed
  • 450
    g
    strawberries, washed
  • YOGHURT DRESSING
  • 500
    ml
    plain yoghurt
  • 60
    ml
    honey
  • large pinch mixed spice
 

Method

 
Arrange the watermelon and figs on a large serving platter. Cut the grapes into smaller bunches and intersperse with the strawberries, figs and watermelon. Mix all the ingredients for the yoghurt dressing, spoon into a bowl and place in the centre of the fruit platter. Cover and chill the platter until just before serving. Serves 10.
