Ingredients (7)

1.00 pineapple — peeled and cubed
250.00 ml melon — cubed
1.00 orange — peeled, sliced
430.00 g litchis — tinned
100.00 ml sugar
30.00 ml lemon juice
10.00 ml vanilla — essence

Method:

1. Mix fruit pieces together and chill.
2. Heat sugar, liquid from litchis and lemon juice together. Boil for two minutes. Stir in vanilla essence, then remove from heat and cool.
3. Chill for one hour. Pour syrup over fruit. Toss to coat, then serve.
