    pineapple, peeled and cubed
  • 250
    ml
    cubed pieces of melon
  • 1
    orange, peeled and sliced
  • 430
    g
    litchis, drained and liquid reserved
  • 100
    ml
    sugar
  • 30
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 10
    ml
    vanilla essence
 

Method

5 minutes
 
1. Mix fruit pieces together and chill. 2. Heat sugar, liquid from litchis and lemon juice together. Boil for two minutes. Stir in vanilla essence, then remove from heat and cool. 3. Chill for one hour. Pour syrup over fruit. Toss to coat, then serve.
