Fresh cactus pear juice

Prickly pear juice with ginger, cucumber and mint. So refreshing and beautiful.

Ingredients

 
  • 3
    Cactus Pears - peeled and chopped
  • 1
    cm
    knob fresh ginger
  • 1/2
    English cucumber
  • 2
    sprigs mint
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Feed all the ingredients through the feeder tube of a juice extractor.

Discard the pulp.

Serve juice garnished with sprigs of mint.

Carving meat
Always allow your roast to rest for 5 to 15 minutes before carving so that the juices can be reabsorbed and the meat presents an even surface when sliced. Use a short- or long-bladed knife, and a two-pronged carving fork with a guard. To prevent the meat from losing juice, steady it with the flat of the fork, rather than piercing.
