    tomato sauce

    Worcestershire sauce

    brown sugar

    brown vinegar

    ml
    prepared mustard
  • few drops Tabasco sauce
  • 2
    ml
    dried thyme
 

Method

 
Mix all the ingredients and leave for about 1 hour. Thread the sausage pieces onto skewers and grill for 10 to 15 minutes 10 cm above moderate coals.
