    Worcestershire sauce

    tomato sauce
  • 80
    ml
    sweet sherry
  • 80
    ml
    water
  • 5
    ml
    vinegar
 

Method

 
Heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic until soft and fragrant. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to the boil. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes until flavoursome. Serve hot or at room temperature.
