Fragrant curry minute steaks

    g
    minute steaks
  • MARINADE
  • 30
    ml
    each soy sauce and oil
  • 30
    ml
    curry powder
  • PEANUT SAUCE
  • 200
    ml
    peanut butter
  • 200
    ml
    milk
  • 2
    cloves garlic, crushed
  • 15
    ml
    grated ginger
  • 1
    anchovy fillet, chopped
  • soy sauce
 

Method

 
1. Place 4 skewers in lukewarm water and leave to soak for 30 minutes. 2. Thread meat on to skewers and coat with a mixture of soy sauce, oil and curry powder. Allow to rest for 30 minutes before grilling quickly on each side. 3. To make peanut sauce, stir peanut butter into milk a little at a time to make a thick sauce. Season with garlic, ginger, anchovy fillet and soy sauce. Serve with steaks.
