    botter
  • 4
    gerookte forellfilette
  • 30
    ml

Plaas 2 velle filodeeg bo-op mekaar en halveer. Smelt 150 ml botter en smeer filodeeg. Versprei 4 gerookte forelfilette op gesmeerde filodeeg, sprinkel 30 ml gekapte dille oor forel en rol in die lengte op. Verhit 'n pan en braai rolle in 20 ml olie tot ligbruin. Sny in 5 cm-rolletjies en rol in sesamsaad. Herhaal met res van die bestanddele.
