  • 400
    g
    flour
  • 75
    ml
    salt
  • 7
    g
    yeast
  • 275
    ml
    warm water
  • 75
    ml
    olive oil
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • Rosemary leaves
  • Coarse sea salt
 

Method

20-25 mins
 
Preheat the oven to 190° Celsius.

Sift the flour and the salt.

Mix together the yeast, warm water and olive oil.

Make a well in the flour and pour in the wet ingredients.

Mix to form a soft dough. Knead for 5 minutes and leave to prove until doubled in size.

Grease two pizza pans. Once proved knock back and knead the dough.

Divide in two and shape into two rounds.

Place onto the pizza pans, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with the rosemary and salt.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
