Ingredients (6)

pizza base dough
2 tsp garlic — cloves, minced
100 ml olive oil
sea salt — coarse
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp fresh basil
flour

Method:

Heat the oven to 250°C.
Place the pan bottom or the terra cota tile in the oven to heat on the top rack.
In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil and garlic. Be careful not to burn the garlic or you will get a bitter taste.
Remove from heat and let it stand for 5 minutes.
With a brush spread the olive oil and garlic onto the pizza base.
Sprinkle some coarse salt on.
Remove the tile from the oven and place the pizza base onto it.
Put it back into the oven and bake for approximately 15 minutes, depending on how brown you would like it.
Remove from oven and serve hot.

Makes one pizza.
