    apricots canned in juice

    fruit salad canned in juice
  • 410
    g
    guavas canned in juice
  • 410
    g
    peach slices canned in juice
  • 410

    pear halves canned in juice
  • 3
    bananas, sliced
  • 2
    oranges, thickly skinned and cut into segments
  • 250
    g
    strawberries, stalks removed and halved
  • 3
    whole cloves
  • 1
    small stick cinnamon
 

Method

 
Drain the fruit and blend all the juices. Arrange layers of canned and fresh fruit in a pretty salad bowl. Heat the fruit juice and spices and bring to the boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Cool, remove the spices and pour the juice over the fruit. Chill until needed. Serve with thick plain joghurt. Serves 15-20.
