    pork spare ribs

    oil
  • Marinade

    anchovy paste
  • 30
    ml
    water
  • 125
    ml
    soy sauce
  • 5
    ml
    five spice powder (or barbecue spice)
  • 15
    ml
    sesame oil
  • 100
    g
    sugar
  • 6
    cloves garlic
  • 75
    ml
    finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 30
    ml
    brandy
 

Method

Cut spare ribs into 2,5 cm pieces.
Mix ingredients for marinade.
Rub marinade mixture into the ribs and marinate for a few hours.
Brush grill rack with oil. Remove ribs from marinade and place on rack.
Bake in a preheated oven at 240 ºC for 30 minutes.
