Fish with mustard and dill sauce

Ingredients (8)

6 fish — fillets
30 ml Dijon mustard — or wholegrain mustard
80 ml fresh dill — chopped
15 ml fresh chillies — 573
60 ml lemon juice
2 cloves garlic — cloves, minced
salt and freshly ground black pepper
75 ml wine — white

Method:

Mix
the mustard, dill, olive oil, lemon juice and garlic together. Season
with salt and pepper and use to marinate the fish. Marinate for 10 to 30 minutes. The longer you leave it the better the flavours will develop.

Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC.

Place the fish into an oven proof dish with the wine and bake for about 12 minutes, turn over and bake for another 12 minutes or until done.

Serve with baby potatoes, baked potatoes or mash and a salad.
