Fish with cheese

  • fish fillets
  • seasoned flour
  • butter and oil for frying
  • cheese, cubed


Roll fresh or frozen fish fillets in seasoned flour and fry in a mixture of butter and oil until golden brown and until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Stack cheese cubes and fresh dill on top and grill under the heated oven grill until the cheese has just melted. Serve with fresh tomato sauce and a green salad.
