    fresh breadcrumbs

    milk
  • pinch nutmeg

    finely chopped parsley

    tomato sauce

    lemon juice
  • salt and black pepper
  • 1
    egg
  • 125
    ml
    milk
 

Method

 
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). Spray a small, round 16 cm ovenproof dish with non-stick spray. Debone and flake the fish and mix with the remaining ingredients, except the egg and 125 ml milk. Generously season the fish mixture with salt and black pepper and turn into the prepared dish. Beat the egg and 125 ml milk together and pour on top. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the mixture is set and baked through. Serve with a green salad.
