Ingredients (10)

250.00 g fish — cooked
60.00 g breadcrumbs — fresh
60.00 ml milk
nutmeg — ground, pinch
25.00 ml fresh parsley — chopped
30.00 ml tomato sauce
25.00 ml lemon juice
salt and freshly ground black pepper
1.00 eggs
125.00 ml milk

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). Spray a small, round 16 cm ovenproof dish with non-stick spray.
Debone and flake the fish and mix with the remaining ingredients, except the egg and 125 ml milk.
Generously season the fish mixture with salt and black pepper and turn into the prepared dish.
Beat the egg and 125 ml milk together and pour on top.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the mixture is set and baked through.
Serve with a green salad.
