Fish in sour cream

Ingredients (8)

800.00 g hake fillets
milk
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
breadcrumbs — fresh
250.00 ml sour cream
1.00 tomatoes — sliced
150.00 ml cheddar cheese — grated
fresh parsley — chopped

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF).
Grease an oven pan.
Dip the hake fillets in milk and season lightly with salt and pepper. Roll in the breadcrumbs and arrange in the prepared dish. Pour the sour cream over the fish and arrange tomato slices on top. Sprinkle with the grated cheese.
Bake for about 30 minutes or till the fish is done and the cheese has melted. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serves 4-6.
