Fish fillets in wine and mushroom sauce

    hake fillets, skinned and defrosted
 

Method

30-45 min
 
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC. Spray a large ovenproof dish with non-stick spray. Heat and melt the butter in a heavy-based saucepan. Add the cake flour, stirring until smooth. Add the cream of mushroom soup, white wine, mustard powder and cheese. Season with lemon pepper to taste. Dilute the sauce with about 50 ml water. Arrange the hake fillets in the prepared dish. Pour over the sauce and bake for 30-45 minutes until done or the fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with a salad. Serves 6-8.
