Fish and cucumber dish

    frozen hake fillets

    cucumber, grated

    white onion soup powder
  • 50
    ml
    milk
  • 250
    ml
    sour cream
  • 25
    ml
    butter
  • 24
    g
    fresh brown breadcrumbs
 

Method

 
Clean fish and remove the skin. Place in a greased microwave baking dish and sprinkle cucumber on top. Combine the soup powder, milk and sour cream and pour over fish and cucumber. Heat butter for 1 minute on 100 percent power. Stir in breadcrumbs and heat for 2 minutes or until crumbs begin to brown. (Stir the crumbs during cooking to prevent them from burning.) Sprinkle on top of fish and microwave on 100 percent power for 10-15 minutes or until cooked. Serves 4.
