    Nestlé Caramel Treat
  • 125
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 2
    extra-large eggs
  • 250
    ml
    milk
  • 30
    ml
    cornflour
  • 1
    baked pie crust, about 20 cm in diameter
 

Method

 
Pour the caramel condensed milk into a microwave proof dish with the lemon juice and microwave till the mixture just comes to the boil. Stir every now and then. Beat the eggs and milk together and mix with the cornflour. Slowly add to the caramel condensed milk while stirring continuously. Microwave for another 5 minutes, stirring well at one-minute intervals. Pour into the pie crust and cool.
