Fillet coated in chocolate sauce

    ml
    dark chocolate (3 cups)
  • 150
    ml
    water (3/5 cup)
  • 15
    ml
    sugar (1 tbsp)
  • 30
    ml
    wholegrain mustard (2 tbsp)
  • chives, chopped
 

Method

 
Heat together all the ingredients. Serve with slices of roasted fillet, or grilled steak. Dot with cream and decorate with chopped chives.
