Ingredients (6)

500.00 g figs — dried, chopped
75.00 ml port
50.00 ml coconut
100.00 g pecan nuts — coarsely chopped
150.00 ml condensed milk
400.00 g dark chocolate — melted

Method:

Soak the figs in the port overnight. Place the figs, coconut and pecan nuts in a mixing bowl and add the condensed milk and melted chocolate, stirring until well mixed. Press into a lined baking sheet and leave to set. Cut into neat squares and store in an airtight container.
Makes 50 squares.
