    dried figs, coarsely chopped
  • 75
    ml
    port
  • 50
    ml
    coconut
  • 100
    g
    pecan nuts, coarsely chopped
  • 150
    ml
    Nestlé condensed milk
  • 400
    g
    dark chocolate, melted
 

Method

 
Soak the figs in the port overnight. Place the figs, coconut and pecan nuts in a mixing bowl and add the condensed milk and melted chocolate, stirring until well mixed. Press into a lined baking sheet and leave to set. Cut into neat squares and store in an airtight container. Makes 50 squares.
