Feta cheese puffs

  • 2
    cup
    flour
  • 1
    cup
    cheese(strong cheddar), grated
  • 1
    cup
    brineless feta cheese - crumbed
  • 20
    ml
    baking powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2
    tsp
    mustard powder
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • milk
 

Method

15 mins
 
Mix all ingredients, except milk. Add enough milk to make a thick lumpy batter. Spoon into muffin pans and bake for 12-15min at 180°C.
