Feta and peppadew toasties

    small French loaf, sliced
  • olive oil
  • 25
    ml
    freshly chopped herbs
  • such as parsley, chives and
  • thyme
  • 200
    g
    peppadews
  • 100
    g
    feta cheese, broken into pieces
  • black pepper
 

Method

 
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF) . Brush each slice of bread with olive oil and sprinkle with herbs. Place on a baking sheet and bake until crisp. Arrange the peppadews and feta cheese on top, sprinkle with olive oil and season with ground black pepper.
