Slice the potatoes into paper thin slices using the potato slicer or a vegetable parer.
Season with spices and place in alternate slots of a microwave potato crisp maker. Microwave on 100 per cent power for about 7 minutes.
Test if done, and if not, microwave for another 3 minutes on 100 per cent power. Test every 30 seconds to prevent burning.
Remove the cooked crisps from the crispmaker and make the rest of the crisps.
