    small onion, finely chopped

    butter
  • 125
    ml
    cake flour
  • pinch salt
  • 375

    milk
  • 4
    extra-large eggs, separated
  • TUNA FILLING
  • 200
    g
    tuna in brine, well drained
  • 1
    avocado, peeled and diced
  • lemon juice to taste
  • 65
    ml
    mayonnaise
  • 1
    cucumber, diced
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 125
    ml
    grated Cheddar cheese
 

Method

 
How to prepare the roulade: Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). Prepare a Swiss roll tin (see Tips of the Fancy soufflé rolls: with egg and asparagus recipe). Sauté the onion in the butter until soft and proceed as described in the abovementioned recipe. TUNA FILLING Mix all the ingredients for the filling and proceed as described in the abovementioned recipe.
