    bicarbonate of soda

    ml
    vanilla essence
 

Method

 
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC and grease 12 muffin tin hollows with non-stick spray. Soak the raisins in the water for 10 minutes. Meanwhile cream the margarine and sugar together and mix in the remaining ingredients. Add the raisins and water and stir until just mixed. Spoon the batter into the muffin tin hollows. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
