Ingredients (5)

125.00 ml butter
190.00 ml castor sugar
2.00 eggs
375.00 ml flour — self-raising
125.00 ml milk

Method:

Beat butter with castor sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Fold in self-raising flour and milk. Spoon into paper cases which have been placed in patty pan tins.
Bake at 180 °C for 10 minutes.
Allow to cool, ice with chocolate or vanilla icing and decorate.
