    ml
    butter
  • 190
    ml
    castor sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 375
    ml
    self-;raising flour
  • 125
    ml
    milk
 

Method

10 minutes
 
Beat butter with castor sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Fold in self-raising flour and milk. Spoon into paper cases which have been placed in patty pan tins. Bake at 180 °C for 10 minutes. Allow to cool, ice with chocolate or vanilla icing and decorate.
