Extra cheesy macaroni

    ml
    macaroni, uncooked
  • 250
    g
    creamed cottage cheese
  • 250
    ml
    sour cream
  • 3
    eggs, lightly beaten
  • 5
    ml
    salt
  • 500
    ml
    grated cheddar cheese
  • 500
    ml
    mozzarella cheese
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 5
    ml
    crushed garlic
 

Method

 
Cook macaroni for eight minutes in boiling water. Rinse with cold water and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, using 250 ml each of the shredded cheeses.
Add cooked macaroni. Pour into greased casserole dish and top with the remaining cheeses. Bake at 180 °C for 45 minutes.
Serve with braised collard greens or spinach.
