  • DRESSING
  • 45
    ml
    liquid honey, plus extra to glaze fruit
  • 30
    ml
    soy sauce
  • 15
    ml
    oil
  • 2
    ml
    cayenne pepper
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 4
    pork chops
  • 1
    fresh pineapple
  • 2
    firm bananas
 

Method

 
1. Cut chops in a few places along the fat edge to prevent them from curling up when cooking. 2. To make the dressing, stir together honey, soy sauce, oil and cayenne pepper. Coat chops in mixture and place on grill. 3. Grill chops for a few minutes, brush once with more dressing and turn. Season with salt and pepper. Grill until cooked through. 4. Place wedges of pineapple and skinned bananas on grill. Brush cut surface with a little honey and grill until lightly browned. 5. Serve chops with grilled fruit, rice and a salad.
