Ingredients (5)

750.00 g beef — rump or sirloin
6.00 dried bay leaves
60.00 ml sea salt
10.00 garlic — cloves, finely chopped
6.00 skewers made from thick bay tree twigs

Method:

1. Cut the meat into large (3 cm) cubes.
2. Crush the bay leaves and mix with the salt and garlic. Rub this mixture into the meat and thread on to the skewers.
3. Grill the kebabs and serve with a tomato salad.
