    Dennepitte

    ml
    Olyfolie
  • 50
    ml
    Gerasperde Parmesan-kaas

    huisie
    fyngedrukte knoffel sout (1ml) en varsgemaalde swartpeper
 

Method

 
Kap die basiliekruid in 'n voedselverwerker fyn. Voeg dennepitte, knoffel en Parmasan-kaas by. Meng die olyfolie lepel vir lepel by. Geur met sout en peper. Sny die eiers in die helfte, skep 'n groot eetlepel pesto bo-op en sit voor met vars roket.
