Ingredients (4)

5.00 ml olyfolie
12.00 ham
5.00 ml salt and freshly ground black pepper
5.00 fresh basil

Method:

Oondtemperatuur:180 °C

1. Voorverhit die oond. Smeer ‘n bietjie olyfolie
in die holtes van ‘n 12-muffinpan. Voer elke
holte uit met ‘n snytjie ham ? laat die ham
effens oor die rand van elke holte lê.

2. Breek ‘n eier in elke holte en geur dit met
sout en vars gemaalde swartpeper.


3. Bak vir 15-20 minute of tot die eier gestol
is en van die kante begin wegtrek. Haal uit
die oond en laat dit vir sowat 5 minute staan
voordat dit versigtig uitgekeer word. Garneer
met vars basilieblare en sit dit warm of teen
kamertemperatuur voor.
