    English muffin a person
  • 50
    g
    smoked salmon
  • 2
    poached eggs
  • 100
    ml
    Hollandaise sauce (see recipe)
  • keta (salmon roe) and dill to garnish
 

Method

 
Toast and butter muffin, then top with smoked salmon and poached eggs. Cover with Hollandaise sauce. Place under a heated grill until Hollandaise sauce start to turn golden. Garnish and serve.
