Ingredients (10)

10.00 eggs — extra large, hard-boiled
125.00 ml mayonnaise
250.00 ml cottage cheese — smooth with chives
125.00 ml cream
1.00 onion — finely chopped
4.00 gherkins — finely chopped
30.00 ml mustard — prepared
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
cayenne pepper — pinch
15.00 ml Sheridans gelatine

Method:

Spray a 1-litre mould with non-stick spray. Shell the eggs and mash with a fork. Add the remaining ingredients, except the gelatine and mix well. Sprinkle the gelatine over 50 ml (1/5 c) cold water and heat for 40 seconds in the microwave oven on 100 per
