    boiling water
  • 750
    ml
    cold water
  • 625
    ml
    milk powder
  • 175
    ml
    strawberry yoghurt
  • 80
    g
    strawberry jelly
  • 250
    ml
    sugar
  • 250
    ml
    boiling water
  • 8
    ml
    gelatine
 

Method

 
Mix the boiling and cold water and stir in the milk powder. Add the strawberry yoghurt and mix. Leave overnight at room temperature. Mix the jelly powder and sugar. Add the boiling water, stirring well until dissolved. Soak the gelatine in 15 ml (1 T) cold water. Melt over boiling water or in the microwave oven until just dissolved, but do not bring to the boil. Stir into the jelly mixture. Mix this jelly mixture with the yoghurt mixture. Pour into plastic containers, cover and chill until set. Makes 2 litres.
