Ingredients (11)

750.00 ml grape juice
500.00 ml orange juice
250.00 ml lemon juice
230.00 g granadillas — pulp
1.00 pineapple — diced
4.00 bananas — sliced
2.00 Litres water — boiled
500.00 ml sugar
3.00 tea — bags
2.00 Litres ginger ale
ice — crushed

Method:

Mix the grape, orange and lemon juices in a large mixing bowl. Add the granadilla pulp, pineapple and banana. Chill.
Mix half the boiling water with the sugar and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Pour the remaining boiling water over the tea bags and leave to draw for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and mix the tea with the sugar syrup. Cool and mix with the fruit mixture. Refrigerate until needed.
Add the ginger ale and crushed ice just before serving.
Serves 50 (makes 6,1 litres).
