Easy spaghetti and cheese

  • 250
    g
    spaghetti
  • 30
    ml
    margarine
  • 45
    ml
    sweetmilk cheese spread
  • 80
    ml
    milk
  • 10
    ml
    fresh parsley, finely chopped
 

Method

 
Cook the spaghetti in sufficient rapidly boiling salted water until just tender. Drain. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Leave on the hot stove plate for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the cheese spread and margarine have melted and been absorbed by the pasta. Serve with a salad and bread. Serves 3-4.
