    spinach, blanched and chopped
  • 1
    small onion, finely chopped
  • 1
    cup
    grated cheddar cheese
  • 1
    can Nestle Ideal or Low Fat Evaporated Milk
  • 4
    eggs
  • 60
    ml
    flour
  • 10
    ml
    mustard powder
  • 7
    ml
    salt
  • 5
    ml
    pepper
 

Method

35 mins
 
Preheat the oven to 180 °.
Grease a 22 cm pie dish .
Place spinach, onion and cheese into the pie dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour into pie dish.
Bake for 35 minutes or until set.
