Ingredients (15)

Filling
15.00 ml oil
350.00 ml beef mince — lean
1.00 onion — finely chopped
2.00 garlic — cloves, finely chopped
1.00 celery stalks — finely chopped
1.00 carrots — grated
10.00 ml curry powder
15.00 ml flour — cake
30.00 ml tomato purée
0.00 topping — TOPPING
250.00 ml yoghurt — plain
2.00 eggs — extra-large, lightly whisked
50.00 ml flour — cake
50.00 ml cheddar cheese — finely grated
0.00 sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Preheat the oven to 160 °C and grease a 26 cm ovenproof dish.
Filling
Heat the oil and fry the mince and onion until done.
Add the garlic, celery, carrot and curry powder and saut&eacute until the vegetables are soft.
Blend the cake flour and tomato pur&eacutee and stir into the meat mixture.
Turn the meat mixture into the prepared dish.
Topping
Mix the yoghurt, eggs and cake flour together.
Stir in the cheese, salt and pepper and spoon over the meat mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the topping is firm and golden brown.
