Easy goulash

Ingredients

  • 500
    g
    cubed pork, excess fat removed
  • 2
    chopped onions
  • 1
    crushed garlic clove
  • 20
    ml
    paprika
  • 1
    ml
    caraway seeds
  • 400
    g
    can tomatoes, chopped
  • 250
    ml
    chicken stock
  • 3
    cubed potatoes
  • 1
    chopped green pepper
  • 125
    ml
    yoghurt
  • seasoning
  • noodles to serve
 

Method

40-50 minutes
 

Brown pork and set aside.
Sauté onions until tender and stir in garlic, paprika and caraway seeds.
Add meat, tomatoes, chicken stock, potatoes and green pepper.
Simmer for 40 minutes or until done.
Stir in yoghurt, season and serve with noodles.
