Easy berry brûlées

  • 500
    g
    mixed fresh berries
  • 100
    g
    sugar
  • 250
    ml
    crème fraîche, whipped cream or mascarpone cheese
 

Method

 
Place berries in individual glasses. Spoon crème fraîche over. Boil sugar in a saucepan until starting to turn golden. Do not stir. Drizzle over cream and serve.
