  • SAUCE

    Hoisin sauce

    soy sauce

    orange, juice
  • 1
    lemon, juice
  • salt and milled black pepper

    mustard powder
  • 5
    ml
    chopped fresh ginger
 

Method

 
Preheat oven to 180 ºC. Wipe ribs with a damp cloth, place them on rack of a roasting pan and grill for 5 minutes on each side. SAUCE: Mix all ingredients together. Remove ribs and rack from roasting pan. Pour excess fat from pan. Place ribs in pan, cover with sauce and bake for 25 minutes, turning ribs frequently. TOTAL KILOJOULE COUNT: 9 835 kJ (2 350 Cal). A portion: 2 460 kJ (585 Cal).
